Gospel Reflection
Matthew 22:1-14
It is ironic that many of those invited do not attend the feast and celebration of the king. They do some other business or tasks that they believe are more important and beneficial for them. This may be a good short- term decision. But in today's Gospel, what the King--- Jesus--- is offering is the gift of eternal life. Let us be mindful of our choices that may have eternal consequences.
